Haley Crum

Haley is the Co-President of FrankCrum, a company that offers professional employer services to businesses of all sizes. FrankCrum provides payroll and tax solutions, workers’ compensation insurance, employee benefits, HR support, risk management, compliance guidance and commercial insurance. Her career at FrankCrum started when she began working as a Customer Care Representative while studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FL.

Haley also leads FrankCrum Staffing as President, an enterprise that has served both hiring managers and job seekers for more than 39 years. Haley earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and serves as in-house counsel. She is a member of National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) Board of Directors, as well as a member of Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Haley is very involved in the community, and is Chairperson of HEP’s Board of Directors.  Haley lives in Palm Harbor with her wife Shelby and their two children.

Wanda Fyfe

A former police officer with the Clearwater Police Department, Mrs. Fyfe has dedicated her life to philanthropic projects within her community. She is a founding member of HEP, having written and produced the necessary documents to allow HEP to classify as a 501c3 nonprofit organization within the State of Florida. She has also served as a volunteer director of Kids Who Care, which consists of youth-volunteers aged 12-18 who dedicate hours towards helping to meet the needs of low-income and homeless people.

Mrs. Fyfe is a committed and active member of Everybody’s Tabernacle, a non-denominational community church in Clearwater, which helps to support the HEP mission. She dedicates much of her time to Everybody’s Tabernacle Sunday School, which welcomes all ages of children and adults. Sharing her love of music, Mrs. Fyfe has been a member of the traveling Abundant Life Choral Group, performing gospel songs at public meetings and events. She has also worked with Plus One giving society, focused on empowering women and girls to make a difference in their community.

Mrs. Fyfe serves of the following HEP Board committees: Building & Grounds, Directors & Governance, and the Otis C. Green Memorial Golf Tournament Committee. She is also an Endowment Trustee. She resides in Dunedin, FL; she and her late husband Bruce Fyfe have a son, Alec.

Jennifer Garbowicz

Jennifer Garbowicz is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She leads a team of seasoned professionals committed to placing clients’ dreams, goals, and priorities first, who work closely with clients to create strategies for managing the complexities of significant wealth, today and for future generations. Together with her team, Jennifer can provide a range of services uniquely tailored to each client’s goals, including strategies for investment management, preparing for liquidity events and philanthropy, as well as trust and estate planning services and credit solutions.

Jennifer has almost two decades of wealth management experience. She joined the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2019 from an independent trust and investment management firm, where she was a principal.  In that role, she managed portfolios that included equities and fixed-income assets for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and charitable organizations. She also served on the investment committee and was responsible for developing new client relationships.

Jennifer earned a B.A. degree in management at Eckerd College and an M.B.A. with a finance concentration at the University of Tampa. She is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School and completed a certificate course in leadership and strategic impact at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. In addition, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Passionate about her community, Jennifer has been involved with many non-profit organizations. She has served on the board of trustees of St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation and American Stage Theatre Company, and currently serves as a board member of the Florida Holocaust Museum and Homeless Empowerment Program. In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Petersburg General Hospital, and the advisory board of both Webtalk, Inc. and Airyvl. Jennifer is a past president of the board of directors of CFA® Society Tampa Bay, and was elected by her peers through CFA® Institute as the Presidents Council Representative for the Southeastern U.S. Region, serving two consecutive terms.

Michael Kindt

Michael D. Kindt, is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Mike, formerly a partner in a national CPA firm, now non-practicing, brings 32 years of tax planning experience to Morgan Stanley. He acquired his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2003 to meet his clients’ financial and investment tax planning needs. Today, Mike pairs his CFP® education with his experience as a former CPA to analyze a client’s financial condition and provide proactive planning solutions.

Mike is a Florida native and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from The University of South Florida. He also serves as a Board Member of Charity Works, Inc., a non-profit that aids charitable organizations in acquiring and managing their funding resources efficiently. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs. Mike and his wife of 34 years, Gina, reside in New Port Richey. They enjoy spending time with their 3 grown children and two grandchildren.
