Haley’s career at FrankCrum started when she began working as a Customer Care Representative while studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FL. Armed with years of experience in serving clients and hearing their concerns first hand, she became the Vice President of Client Services, Compliance and Business Affairs for the PEO. Haley is now the President of FrankCrum Staffing and Executive Vice President of FrankCrum (PEO). Haley obtained her law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, and is a Certified Staffing Professional. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and was a two-time finalist in the BusinessWoman of the Year program conducted by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Mr. Adam Bouchard is a third generation member of Bouchard Insurance, joining the organization in 2006.  He is part of the ownership group of Bouchard and joined the Board of Directors in 2013.  He works directly with the clients and prospective clients of Bouchard Insurance to develop innovative risk management and insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Mr. Bouchard was in the agency’s Marketing Department. Before joining Bouchard Insurance, Mr. Bouchard worked in the banking industry with
AmSouth Bank in Jacksonville, Florida, where he specialized in consumer and commercial lending.

Mr. Bouchard earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and has since earned the professional insurance designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).  He is an active member of the National Association of PEOs and the Florida Association of PEOs.  In addition to volunteering his time at HEP, Mr. Bouchard is also a graduate of Leadership Pinellas, Class of 2011. A native of Pinellas County, he currently lives with his wife Amy and daughter Lilly in Clearwater.

Now retired, Mr. Beauchamp offers an extensive background in the health care industry having served Morton Plant Mease Health Care as President and CEO for over a decade. He led many strategic planning initiatives within the hospital, which allowed the organization to undertake remarkable growth. He also established the Morton Plant Mease Physicians Advisory Council, providing a forum for the hospital and its physicians to discuss future health care challenges as a collaborative team.

In addition to his career with Morton Plant Mease, Mr. Beauchamp was president and CEO of Sarasota Memorial Hospital as well as ImageAmerica, and has served a number of organizations throughout Florida including Ruth Eckerd Hall, American Red Cross of Tampa Bay, the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and HEP. Mr. Beauchamp held the rank of captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps.

Mr. Beauchamp holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island. He earned a Master of Hospital and Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota where he received the American Surgical Trade Association Award for highest academic average in Public Health.

He serves on the following HEP Board committees: Executive, Quality & Outcomes, and Resource Development. He is an active member of his church and enjoys spending time with his family.

Michael Kindt joins The Belleair Group with his passion for financial planning solutions. Mike, formerly a partner in a national CPA firm, now non-practicing, brings 32 years of tax planning experience to Morgan Stanley. He acquired his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2003 to meet his clients’ financial and investment tax planning needs. Today, Mike pairs his CFP® education with his experience as a former CPA to analyze a client’s financial condition and provide proactive planning solutions.

Mike finds that a client’s financial picture can be scattered between various organizations, entities, and multiple account types. He enjoys taking this financial chaos and using his experience to identify creative and proactive solutions to form an organized, efficient, and purposeful financial plan that meets the client’s specific objectives.

Mike is a Florida native and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from The University of South Florida. He serves as a Board Member of Charity Works, Inc., a non-profit that aids charitable organizations in acquiring and managing their funding resources efficiently. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs. Mike and his wife of 31 years, Gina, reside in New Port Richey. They enjoy spending time with their 3 grown children and first grandchild.

Mr. Biddinger has also served as President and CEO to GATX Technology Finance, Inc. and to GE Technology Finance.

As a founder of Kenyon Energy – a provider of sustainable energy services specializing in the development, construction and successful operation of solar facilities across the nation – Mr. Biddinger currently serves as the company Chairman.

In addition, Mr. Biddinger serves as Chairman/Managing Partner of the Biddinger Family Foundation and his family partnership Tomstemark, LP.  He has served as a Board Member to Florida Doctors Insurance Company, CMR Associates, LLC, and Florida Banks, Inc., and is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF).

Mr. Biddinger earned his BS in Business Administration from Rollins College, and has three sons.

Mr. Cosgray is a partner with Mr. Richard Funk in the ownership of Bradley Construction Co., Inc.

Mr. Cosgray possesses extensive experience in both new construction and renovation projects. His resume includes large multifamily projects, single family housing, mid-rise buildings, and a spectrum of commercial development. He is a Certified General Contractor and has completed projects in the states of Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alabama and Tennessee. He is a Florida licensed real estate agent, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute and the Real Estate Investment Council.

Nancy is a Certified Financial Planner profession with over 30 years of business and financial planning experience. She graduated from Florida State University and then went on to receive an MBA with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nancy joined ProVise in March 2000 and brings strong financial management and accounting skills to our team of professionals. She provides her clients with a “hands on” personal financial planning experience. Prior to her career at ProVise, she was a shareholder and Controller for a privately held company in Northern California responsible for accounting, claims and customer service.

Nancy is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay and served on the Board of Directors for over five years. She is a member of the North Carolina Certified Public Accountants. For the past six years, Nancy has served on the Board for Directions for Living, a non-profit organization serving children who are victims of abuse or neglect, and children and adults living with severe or persistent mental illness. She is also active in many other planning and charitable organizations such as the Homeless Empowerment Program, Women in Philanthropy, Pinellas County Estate Planning Council, Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council, Empath/Suncoast Hospice Foundation Professional Partners Council, 100 Women Who Care, and Dunedin Fine Art Center Planned Giving Committee.

Nancy lives in Clearwater and has one daughter, Kathleen, who is a veterinarian in Savannah, Georgia. They both are passionate animal lovers and have fostered kittens for the Humane Society of Pinellas County and the Suncoast Animal League for over five years. Nancy enjoys playing golf, hiking, reading and traveling.

A former police officer with the Clearwater Police Department, Mrs. Fyfe has dedicated her life to philanthropic projects within her community. She is a founding member of HEP, having written and produced the necessary documents to allow HEP to classify as a 501c3 nonprofit organization within the State of Florida. She has also served as a volunteer director of Kids Who Care, which consists of youth-volunteers aged 12-18 who dedicate hours towards helping to meet the needs of low-income and homeless people.

Mrs. Fyfe is a committed and active member of Everybody’s Tabernacle, a non-denominational community church in Clearwater, which helps to support the HEP mission. She dedicates much of her time to Everybody’s Tabernacle Sunday School, which welcomes all ages of children and adults. Sharing her love of music, Mrs. Fyfe has been a member of the traveling Abundant Life Choral Group, performing gospel songs at public meetings and events. She has also worked with Plus One giving society, focused on empowering women and girls to make a difference in their community.

Mrs. Fyfe serves of the following HEP Board committees: Building & Grounds, Directors & Governance, and the Otis C. Green Memorial Golf Tournament Committee. She is also an Endowment Trustee. She resides with her husband Bruce in Dunedin, FL; they have a son, Alec.

Mr. Goede serves as Bank of America’s Tampa Bay Market President, and is the bank’s Business Banking Market Executive for the Tampa Bay/Northwest Florida region. Prior to coming to Tampa Bay in 2003, Mr. Goede was the Business Banking Market Executive in Houston, TX.  Since joining Bank of America in 1989, he has served in several senior leadership roles across the Consumer Bank and in Business Banking.

In the Tampa Bay community, Mr. Goede serves locally on the board of trustees of the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, HEP, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, The University of Tampa and St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a Leadership Tampa Alumni, and has previously been a member of the Leadership Tampa Alumni and the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) boards, as well as a member of the Florida Chamber Foundation Board of Trustees.

Chief Holloway joined the St. Petersburg Police Department and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. During his career, Chief Holloway served as a Patrol Officer, Community Policing Specialist, Undercover Vice & Narcotics Detective, Patrol Sergeant, Detective Sergeant, the Support Services Assistant Division Commander, and Patrol Division Commander.

He has received numerous awards including the Clearwater Bar Association Allen L. Moore Memorial Gold Badge, Kiwanis Club/Joseph F. Cornelius Family Foundation Outstanding Police Officer of the Year – the highest honor given by the Clearwater Police Department – Fraternal Order of Police Officer of the Year, Chief’s Unit citation, and numerous letters of commendation.

He was selected as the Chief of Police with the City of Somerville, MA, and was reunited with the Clearwater Police Department in 2010, having been appointed Chief of Police from more than 200 candidates. Chief Holloway served the City of Clearwater until his selection as Chief of Police for the St. Petersburg Police Department in St. Petersburg, Florida in August 2014.

Chief Holloway taught law enforcement to governmental, educational and community organizations throughout Florida. He also served as consultant/trainer to organizations such as the Department of Juvenile Justice, U.S. Department of Justice and St. Petersburg College.

Chief Holloway is married to Clearwater attorney, Andra Dreyfus.

Mrs. Kirby is a member of, and Sunday school teacher at, Everybody’s Tabernacle, a non-denominational church in Clearwater. In addition, she has recently accepted a position as President of the Board at Everybody’s Tabernacle after previously serving as secretary.

She received credentials as a Chartered Life Underwriter and a certificate of Paraplanner Development from the American College. Mrs. Kirby also earned credentials as a Registered Paraplanner from the College for Financial Planning in 2014.

Dedicated to serving her community, Mrs. Kirby began her time at HEP by volunteering in the Learning Center. She currently volunteers at the Veteran’s club house, and helps with HEP events throughout the year. Mrs. Kirby received her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in International Business and Finance, from Ohio University. Born and raised in Ohio, Mrs. Kirby now resides in Holiday, Florida.

Dr. Lepeak worked as an Engineer for Dow Corning Corp., in various positions. He attended The University of Michigan, earning a BS ChE degree, and graduated from The University of Michigan Dental School on the Dean’s List, earning his DDS degree.  Dr. Lepeak moved to Florida in 1978 and started his own practice.  Working as a solo practitioner in Belleair Bluffs, Dr. Lepeak participated with the Dental Society in several capacities as committee member and president.

In 2004 Dr. Lepeak sold his first dental practice, and came to assist Dr. Bill Johnston at HEP’s Dental Clinic, helping residents in need of dental care. In addition to his dedication of time at HEP, he currently serves as Adjunct Professor at the School of Dental Hygiene at St. Petersburg College, attends St. Patrick Church in Largo, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Clearwater.

Dr. Lepeak has varied interests including market trading, property management, the political scene, music, golf, sports and the occasional summertime in the North Carolina.  Dr. Lepeak believes in ‘giving back’ as evidenced by his numerous dental mission trips to Peru and Dominican Republic.  He and his wife, Judy, have 3 children.

Reverend David McAbee, Senior Pastor of Everybody’s Tabernacle since 2005, has been involved with the church for over 52 years. Previously, Rev. McAbee served as the assistant pastor. Not only does he serve the church but he is also the President and Founder, along with his wife Patricia, of David McAbee’s Ministries created in 1989. David McAbee’s Ministries has served over 83 nursing homes throughout the years with words of encouragement and song.

As a Founding Board Member of HEP, Rev. McAbee and Patricia, along with Reverend Green, Barbara Green and Wanda McAbee Fyfe, have helped guide HEP, from a small church-supported shelter to a large successful nonprofit serving the Tampa Bay region over the last 40 years.

Reverend McAbee and his wife have one son, Ashryn.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Services in 1990, Dr. Shulman enlisted in the Army in 1994. She served for 16 years, with 12 of those years as active duty. During her four years in the active reserves, Dr. Shulman studied medicine at the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C., through the U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship Program. She later became a flight surgeon and served in South Korea.

Dr. Shulman continued her medical training at the premier military hospital in the country, Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where she served a resident in the field of neurosurgery. Eventually promoted to Chief Resident at Walter Reed, Dr. Shulman earned a Meritorious Service Award in 2005 as well as the distinction of being the first and only woman to complete Walter Reed’s residency program.

Following the completion of her training at Walter Reed, Dr. Shulman served the Army as an active duty Neurosurgeon. She established a practice that covered all forms of neurosurgery for adults and children, including minimally invasive neuroendoscopy procedures, cerebrovascular surgery and neuro-oncology.

In 2007 she received a promotion to Chief of Neurosurgery and in this capacity, Dr. Shulman supervised and trained other neurosurgical staff as well as oversaw major procedures. She received an Army Commendation for outstanding contribution and leadership.

In her final year of service, Dr. Shulman served a tour of duty in Iraq. In her capacity as a Neurosurgical Director for Operation Iraqi Freedom, she managed cases throughout the Iraqi Theater of Operations. As part of her tour, Dr. Shulman also taught Iraqi doctors how to perform emergency neurosurgical procedures.

As a young woman, Ms. Tiedemann immigrated to the United States from Germany. Her first job was as an office assistant for Storz Instruments, an ophthalmic instrument company. She parlayed her experience there and at other similar companies (Edward Weck & Co., Sparta Instruments, Cooper Labs), to eventually start her own business – Katena. Today, Katena markets to over 7000 surgeons, outpatient surgery centers, and hospitals in over 110 countries around the world. Ms. Tiedemann’s hobbies include playing golf and kayaking, as well as giving back with time and talent to charities for which she is passionate.

Former Tampa Bay Rays Vice President of Communications from 1996 to 2016. In 2003, he received the prestigious Robert O. Fishel Award for Public Relations Excellence. The award honors an “active, non-uniformed representative of Major League Baseball whose ethics, character, dedication, service, professionalism and humanitarianism best represent the standards propounded by Robert O. Fishel.” In November 2002 Mr. Vaughn served as public relations director for the MLB All-Star Team’s tour of Japan. Before joining the Rays, he spent 10 years in the Baltimore Orioles public relations office, the last five as director, and then two years as director of communications for the NFL’s Washington Redskins. He serves on the board of directors for Clearwater for Youth and is an active volunteer for the Miracle League of St. Petersburg.

Mr. Vaughn is a 1979 graduate of George Mason University, where he threw the first no-hitter in school history. In 2000, his hometown of Alexandria, VA, named the former T.C. Williams High School right-hander among its 100 greatest high school athletes. He and his wife of 30 years, Sue, have two daughters, Amanda and Elissa, and three Pomeranians.

From serving meals out of her home (still located on campus) before HEP’s kitchen was established, to cleaning the bathrooms of HEP’s very first dorms. Today, because of her hard work, HEP spans a beautiful 8-acre campus.

Ashley holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida – Kate Tiedemann College of Business, St. Petersburg. She graduated in 2012 and was a member of the National Honor Society. She is currently in pursuit of an MBA from USFSP-KTCOB.  Before assuming her current position with HEP in July 2017, Ashley served as Director of Development, Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator, where she was able to gain thorough understanding of the ins and outs of the organization. Ashley is a past Achievements Director on the Board of Directors for Ad 2 Tampa Bay, a national club for young professionals in the advertising industry, as well as an Alum of Leadership Pinellas Class of 2016. She currently serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Clearwater Chamber’s AchieveHERS, and is a member on the Homeless Leadership Board’s Providers Council.

Prior to working for HEP, Ashley worked as Marketing Assistant and Account Manager at a marketing firm in Pinellas. Ashley has a strong passion for fundraising, and considers herself fortunate to have the opportunity to dedicate her career to helping improve the lives of homeless individuals, veterans and families in our community.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys Crossfit, fishing, cooking and traveling. Ashley and her husband Mat currently reside in Seminole with their dog, Gino.

Before coming to HEP, Zak was a Practitioner in the Pinellas Ex-Offender Re-entry Coalition, assisting ex-offenders in obtaining employment, housing, and medical treatment services. Zak was also a Targeted Case Manager for Boley Centers for Behavioral Health, Inc., assessing the needs of clients to facilitate independence through treatment, training, education, and employment and housing opportunities. Zak loves working at HEP because of the collective positive impact the program has on its clients and the community. Zak is a member of the Homeless Leadership Board Provider’s Council.

Kathleen Prossick

Director of Finance

Kathleen is a graduate of the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Prior coming to HEP, Kathleen was the Vice President of Business and Finance at the Museum of Science & Industry, Inc.  She was also the past Comptroller at Hillsborough Kids, Inc. a not for profit lead agency for foster children in Hillsborough County.  Kathleen has also served on the board as treasure for the St Pete Mad Dog Triathlon Club.  She is a frequent volunteer at triathlons and road races as well as a competitor in Ironman races and a marathon runner.  She is a member of the USA Triathlon Club.  She is a volunteer for the Cavalier Rescue of Florida fostering dogs.  Kathleen is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Accountants.
