Surveys

At HEP, we are always striving to improve the quality of care we provide to our clients through our  ever-increasing list of comprehensive services and programs. One way that we are able to objectively measure the level of assistance we provide is through a campus-wide Resident Survey. We call the results of this survey our “Constituent Voice”. Each resident at HEP is asked to provide feedback on the quality of care they’ve received at HEP, the services they’ve benefitted from, and also identify aspects of the program that could be improved upon. HEP believes this two-way communication with our residents allows us to enhance their experience and better reach our core objectives.

HEP is happy to report that past Resident Survey results have been overwhelmingly positive. In 2014, more than 90% of clients surveyed stated that the assistance they received at HEP was better than they expected. In addition, more than 90% of clients reported that they found the information they received from HEP very useful to them.

To ensure that the statistics gathered were an accurate representation of HEP residents’ opinions, the survey included a variety of question types and responses were kept anonymous.
