HEP collects and uses personal information such as: name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address when an individual voluntarily provides it to us. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used in our development and communication activities. No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How Do We Use and Secure Your Data?
Personal information is used in an internal database for recording client or donor information, donations, providing donation receipts, for use in the sending of our periodic newsletters/appeals, and informing donors and other interested parties of events and needs at HEP. All information is stored on an encrypted database with the latest encryption protocols.
Payment Processing – We use trusted third-party payment processors that comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) for receiving and processing your financial transactions to HEP.
HEP uses premium security measures, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, to keep your personal information as secure as reasonably possible and to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We help protect your information by working with partners that provide a secure and safe environment for all personally identifiable information.
