Scope of Work Needed:
- Replace Roof
- Replace Floors with Tile in Common Areas
- Replace Carpet in Bedrooms
- Replace Appliances: Refrigerator and Stove
- Repair Subfloor
- Install New Blinds
- Repair Drywall on Areas of the Ceiling and Walls
- Interior Full Paint
